A new mixed use building near Hammersmith Bridge. 

The internal layout at ground/basement level centres around an artist studio. An ‘L’ shaped office on the first floor wraps around the volume of the studio below, whilst a 2 bed apartment has been designed at roof level.

A gently sloping roof clad of corten steel extends down to finish at street level with an ensemble of doors and panels. The building is cloaked in brickwork in keeping with the adjoining properties. High level clerestory windows on the north elevation provide the ground floor studio with soft light.
